About Misty

Hello. My name is Misty Perez Estevez. It's nice to meet you. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who specializing in working with child diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Asperger's Syndrome, Development Disabilities, and Physical, Occupational and Speech and Language Delays.

I have over 11 years experience providing behavioral services for preschool aged children to teenagers. I specialize in providing children with disabilities and their families by facilitating and increasing their functional communication and functional living skills. My expertise is focusing on verbal behavior, picture exchange communication systems, toilet training programs, social skills development, teaching self regulations, assisting with eating disorders, and parent and school faculty training.

I attended the University of Central Florida , where I received a Bachelor’s in Speech Language Pathology & Audiology (2001). Then, moved on to complete my Master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education (2003). 

My passion is providing support and services within my community to assist and educate children and their families, allowing them to reach their maximum potential. My educational experience and work in a variety of settings and eclectic philosophies allows me to facilitate teaching based on the level of the individual both in the home and community.
